Overview
Suzanne and I have accumulated between us over forty years of experience in the property sector. We mainly concentrate in the Peterborough and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.
Our platform strategy and expertise is BTL’S and FLIPS. We will, by the end of August 2024 be adding an additional service to our existing business which will be Property sourcing.

Why should i work with you ?
We are completely regulated and work very closely to make sure you're investment is compliant, secure and meets you're expectations.
What are the fees ?
There will be an upfront commitment fee, which will be deducted from the total sourcing fee, which will be £3000 and only payable upon completion.
What is the time span on completion. ?
We move as fast as we can taking into account we are reliant on third parties. We estimate from start to completion providing no complications approximately 3/4 months.
Can you also manage my property. ?
We also have our letting agency, which fully managed you're investment portfolio.
