Overview
We've spent years helping people find the support they need. Now we're helping find the properties to make that support possible.
El Roi Fortress Acquisitions specialises in Social Housing, Supported Living, and HMOs across London and Wider. We work with landlords, investors, housing providers, and property professionals to identify opportunities that deliver sustainable commercial returns while helping meet the growing housing demand.
What sets us apart is not simply what we do, but why we do it.
Having backgrounds in both hospital and community-based care, we have seen first-hand the challenges many individuals face when suitable accommodation is unavailable or of poor quality. We have witnessed and seen plenty in our time and we have seen how inadequate housing can negatively impact the individuals in our wider communities.
These experiences shaped our mission.
We believe that successful supported living and social housing projects require understanding and a genuine appreciation of the people who will ultimately call these properties home. Our care sector experience enables us to assess opportunities through a different lens, identifying practical considerations that may affect the long-term suitability of accommodation.
Trust, transparency, and strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
We recognise that lasting impact depends on commercial sustainability. The best housing solutions are those that create value for landlords and investors while making a genuine difference in people's lives. By understanding both the property and care sectors, we help connect the right opportunities with the right organisations, creating arrangements that are designed to work for the long term.
Ultimately, we want to be part of the solution to the UK's growing housing challenge by helping bring more suitable accommodation to the people and communities that need it most.
FAQs
What does El Roi Fortress Acquisitions do?
We identify suitable properties for supported living and social housing. Our focus is on understanding the people who need it, demand, providers property specifications, criteria and location needs to help present suitable properties to providers.
Why don't you find the properties first?
Not every property is suitable for supported living or social housing. It's not just about the property. Demand must exist in the location, and there needs to be a provider that requires it. We believe it starts with understanding who the properties are for, what providers need, where they need it and what requirements they have before identifying property opportunities. Our focus is on finding accommodation based on these factors.
Do you work with landlords / property owners?
Yes. We are interested in speaking with property owners who are interested in supported living and social housing. We believe successful opportunities should meet provider requirements while also making commercial sense for property owners.
Do you work with investors?
Yes. We want to build relationships with investors interested in the supported living and social housing sector. We believe successful opportunities need to work for everyone involved, balancing provider requirements, resident outcomes and commercial viability. We know successful opportunities should meet provider requirements while also making commercial sense for investors.
Do you work with developers?
Yes. We want to connect with developers delivering or planning supported living and social housing schemes. We believe developments are strongest when provider requirements, demand and property suitability are considered from the outset before developments begin. We can help developers to understand what is needed , who needs it and where it is needed.
