When is the fee taken?

The £395.00 fee is taken upon registration to use our services.

What is the on-boadring process?

During the onboarding process. We ask questions about your investment goals, current experience, how you assess your deals. We also ascertain proof of identity, proof of funds and proof of source of funds.

When do you start sourcing?

Once the relevant forms, pro-forma, data capture form are completed. The terms of business agreement is signed and registration fee is paid. We will then start sourcing deals for you, as your personal agent.
