About Julia & Numoon Property
I focus on the BTL strategy because I think it is the best strategy to generate long-term wealth, especially in areas of high rental demand, strong yields, and economic growth.

Why did you want to become a sourcer?
I am passionate about property and think that sourcing is the best way to learn everything you need to know and grow your portfolio. I am also an EPC and Retrofit Assessor with a focus on older and traditional buildings.
What was your favourite sourced deal?
This was an assisted sale in which the seller made £70K more than expected.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
Better training and more people to follow the right procedures as well as offer better service to investors.
Why did you join NAPSA?
Being able to offer the best service possible and to stand out from the sourcing crowd. Ethics, transparency, and integrity are really important to me. In my personal life but also in business. NAPSA reflects those values and I want investors to know what my business stands for.
Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
Get the best training possible and make sure you understand what you are doing. Be honest and transparent with your investors. Trust and integrity goes a long way.
