Nominated: The National Association of Professional Sourcing Agents (NAPSA)
This award is for businesses that supply goods or services to the property industry, and go above and beyond in their role to make the lives of property investors and developers easier.
NAPSA has been nominated for this award due to it’s mission and achievements since it’s launch in 2022, to raise standards and professionalism in the sourcing sector, making it safer for investors to work with property sourcers.
The National Association has continued to provide 1:1 support and compliance check for all sourcing agents, developed the NAPSA Code of Practice – now followed by both property redress scheme partners, The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and The Property Redress Scheme (the PRS); and continued to provide education and guidance for all property sourcers, investors and the wider property community.

Tina Walsh, Founder and CEO of NAPSA has also received a nomination for The Property Paragon Award, which is a recognition to someone who has dedicated themselves to helping others.
This award is given to someone who has made huge steps to help local communities, charities or individuals. In response to receiving the nomination, Tina posted:
“I am truly honoured to be nominated for this award, it is so important to increase awareness in our industry about how professional the sourcing sector could be, and the dangers that many investors face when working with those sourcing agents that simply choose to ignore the regulations.
