About PCE Property Ltd
Bruno studied in Master Civil Engineering and Construction Management at the University of Derby. He has 10 years experience as a site engineer as well as being a land and building surveyor.
Bruno transferred these skills into property to assist investors to mitigate their yield and return of investment. My business is unique, as I am an expert in market research, enabling me to identify and carryout analysis on a clients requirements, giving quality assurance.

Having lived in South East London for the past fifteen years we are familiar with the area. taking into account several variables. By evaluating factors like cost, accessibility to markets, stability, supplier skills, infrastructure, link to highways and cultural fit.
