Tell us about your business
I am a fully compliant sourcing agent based in South East, Kent but I have a network of sourcing friends and associates across the country; I am also a property investor.
I source to order which means I only work with a small number of clients so I can provide a more bespoke and personable service.
Why did you want to become a sourcer?
I enjoy viewing properties and the thrill of the negotiation, I wasn’t aware you could sell deals to other people so once I found out it was possible, it was a no brainer for me.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
I would like to see tighter controls for those agents operating who are not compliant.
What was your favourite sourced deal?
The first one I kept for myself.

Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
