About Agiri Property Solutions Ltd

I offer a bespoke and end to end HMO deal packaging service, with the aim of getting a decent return and satisfaction for my clients, while leading the way on high standard accommodation for professionals and keyworkers I work with clients based on the following 5 phases: 1) Consultation; 2) Search for Property 3) Manage Progress to Completion 4) Manage Renovation/Refurb 5) Ongoing HMO Management (if required).

I have a corporate background as an IT professional of almost 30 years, working in both private and public sectors. I have extensive experience of building relationshiops with clients, facilitating client requirements and delivering projects to defined business cases.

Focus Strategies: HMO & Rent To Rent (R2R).
Why did you want to become a sourcer?
One of my values is ‘excellent customer service’ and in my corporate career and experiences as a HMO property manager, I have always strived to provide a quality service. I view sourcing along similar lines:- the pursuit of a quality product/service for both the investor and tenant. Property excites me in that it was one the few ways to turn something not fit for purpose into a fantastic product/service. There is some alignment of this pursuit of a quality product in my experience as an IT Project Manager.
Do you have a favourite sourced deal?
I intend to work with investors the same way I worked with my corporate clients, and the landlords and tenants of the HMOs I managed: “excellent service first before any thing else”. I will be communicative, transparent and ethical in all my dealings with stakeholders and always strive for a ‘win-win’ outcome for all concerned.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
More promotion and exposure at public events, for example, the property investor show so that there is more awareness from investors about how important it is to only work with professional, compliant property sourcers.
Why did you join NAPSA?
I joined NAPSA, as I believe that compliance and approval from accredited bodies is the main way of engendering trust with prospects and clients
Any advice you would give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
Yes, 2 things: 1) Consider only if you are prepared to put in the work to become compliant 2) Good sourcing is driven by first, adding value and quality service; last, personal financial benefit
