Investing in London residential property is challenging and competitive. ACP provides a seamless and comprehensice service sourcing, acquiring, and managing property investors, home buyers, and landlords

Why did you want to become a sourcer?

I discovered sourcing as an alternative to the typical estate agent and property agents showcasing new builds in hotels in the Far East, as such, I found a niche that I thoroughly enjoyed “boots on the ground” and equally important clients new and old loved the new approach to investing in property.

Why did you want to become a sourcer?

Training & compliance all day long, training to keep us up to speed with the changing legislation and compliance to bring stability and governance to the industry sector. 

What was your favourite sourced deal?

Oh my goodness….. so many, all of them lol… House was a doubled-fronted Edwardian 5-bedroom in SW19, apartment 2 bed in Hampton TW12 on the river Thames for £360k same property in prime central would cost £750k to £1m. I could talk about favourites all day long so many to tell you about.

Why did you join NAPSA?

Tina (CEO) & Tony (Director) are just the best sheriffs in town and I was privileged to be invited to join an embryo-tic organisation that will grow from strength to strength as the industry morphs/evolves away from estate agents’ traditional style of buying to a more bespoke niche approach that a sourcing agent can deliver.

Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
