Why did you want to become a sourcer?

Becoming a Deal Sourcer was a natural choice for me, sparked by the transformative experience of securing my residential home at a remarkable 25% below market value. Witnessing the life-changing impact of strategic property investments ignited my passion to share this journey with others.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and leveraging my background in education, I aspired to delve into the diverse avenues of property portfolio growth.

I became a Deal Sourcer not just to be a part of others’ property success stories, but to contribute actively to the journey of busy professionals striving to achieve their property goals.

It’s not just a profession for me; it’s a heartfelt commitment to providing innovative solutions and fostering success in the realm of property investments.

What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?

Improving the sourcing sector is at the core of my professional commitment, driven by a sincere desire to elevate the experience for all involved.

I joined NAPSA to receive comprehensive compliance training in deal sourcing, secure assistance in legal document compilation, and connect with committed investors. Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
