Why did you want to become a sourcer?

Being a landlord myself I have personally seen the benefits that property investment can bring to investors and their families. I consider sourcing to the be foundation of property investment, and when executed well, can help to deliver great value for investors which will enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?

Broader awareness of sourcing compliance is urgently needed within the sector and the UK property industry as whole. It is not taught in detail enough, and leaves investors, vendors and sourcers exposed to considerable risk and sub-standard services.
