Why did you want to become a sourcer?
To build the capital to buy my own investment properties
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
I would like all sourcers to be compliant, ethical and legitimate as I’m seeing so many sourcers doing things in a very wrong way.
What was your favourite sourced deal?
Rent to rent deals from the same landlord
Why did you join NAPSA?
I want to be the company of people who are doing it right
Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
The cost of setting up and marketing is not revealed in any of the trainings apart from the PSC one, individuals should really research and consider this before jumping in.
