To help investors build their portfolios and to be the best at it.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
I would like that all property sourcers in the UK operate legally, ethically and professionally.
What was your favourite sourced deal?
Negotiated a healthy discount when acquiring a brand new flat from a developer.
Why did you join NAPSA?
We want to be known as professionals who run a fully compliant sourcing company.
Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
I would recommend taking the course “Introduction to Sourcing” by Tina Walsh.
