About Trusted Property Experts
Trusted Property Experts is based out of Gravesend, Kent in South East England, which has been one of the highest property growth areas in the country over the past 10 years and is going through significant development with the construction of the Ebbsfleet Garden City (15000 homes). The area has a great community, leisure facilities, high standard schools, and fast commuter connections into London.
The mission of Trusted Property Experts is to help clients achieve their property goals by listening to their requirements and understanding what they need to be successful in their property journey. Trusted Property Experts then manage through the process of locating the right property, providing the client with thorough details so that they can make the right decision, and then negotiating the deal on behalf of the client.
Finally, Trusted Property Experts, conduct the legals to ensure the process is fully completed and that a high standard of service is delivered from start to finish.

Why did you want to become a sourcer?
I have previously held high profile Product Development roles in the IT sector and there is a great synergy between the IT sector and Property Sourcing sector. Firstly, building client relationships has always been at the forefront. Secondly, understanding and delivering to customer requirements. Property sourcing is a very similar business.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
A way to increase Investor knowledge of the sourcing sector to help Investors understand the sector better and what to look for in a sourcing agent, which could prevent an Investor from potentially making costly mistakes.
Why did you join NAPSA?
We joined NAPSA, as it is the only organisation that ensures sourcing agents are fully compliant, delivering services that are aligned to compliant processes lifts our business above the competition.
Any advice you would give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
Put the Investor at the heart of your business. Listen carefully to Investor requirements and build a lasting relationship that will benefit both parties for years to come.
