Get found by the investors who are already looking for you

Investors come to NAPSA to find compliant, credible sourcing agents to work with — and they search by location and strategy to find the right one. Membership puts your business in front of them, backed by the compliance and credibility that turns a search into a conversation.

✓ Get found. Accredited members appear on our public register, where investors actively search for property sourcing agents they can trust. This is how the investors already looking find you.

✓ Win trust faster. An accredited status tells investors you are compliant, checked, and accountable, so they can commit with confidence.

✓ Stand out from the rest. In a crowded, unregulated market, working to a recognised standard is what separates a professional sourcing business from the rest.

How to become an accredited property sourcer

Get started in less than one minute

Everything starts with NAPSA Education. It is where you get the training, the compliance, and the documents in place, and where you join as a member. Whether you want to become a property sourcer from scratch, or you are already sourcing and want to get fully compliant, Education is built to take you there step by step, with our team alongside you.

The Complete Sourcing Programme covers the full journey: how to source professionally, the training the regulators require, the documents your business must hold, and a year of NAPSA membership. If you are already established, membership on its own may be the right route. Education will help you choose.
