Create your custom business profile
As soon as you’ve completed our member profile form with your business, operational and compliance details, provided proof of your insurance and registrations as well as copies of all required documents, we’ll review and confirm that your company profile is now live and searchable by investors or provide a comprehensive review report outlining any changes that are needed within 5 working days.
Property investors will be able to search by location (region and towns), as well as your specialist area (e.g. HMOs, R2R, BTL) – so you know the investors finding you are relevant and keen. Your details will be visible on your business profile for investors to contact you direct – at ZERO cost to the investor.

What’s included in NAPSA Membership?
You’ll receive your own profile page that investors can search and view, detailing key compliance information and contact details so they can reach in touch directly. You will also receive 1-2-1 support for your business, access to our ’10 steps to setting up your business’ online course, discounted insurance, training and documents, access to a range of resources and templates, plus a professional community to connect with other sourcing agents.
What document format is acceptable?
As a NAPSA Member copies of documents are required to be uploaded to complete your profile, these documents can be any of these formats: pdf, jpg, png, zip.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Membership at any time, any remaining time left on your current membership will run to its conclusion. Simply log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription’ and under ‘Actions’ select ‘Cancel’. Your Membership is cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

How can I pay?
NAPSA uses the Stripe Payment system to accept membership payments. If you wish to make a BACS payment please outline your request and send to: [email protected]
How do investors find my profile?
NAPSA does all the work for you, marketing campaigns attract property investors who only want to work with professional sourcing agents. NAPSA provides them with an easy to use, Free search facility based on ‘Location’ and ‘Investment Strategy’.
How long does membership last for?
NAPSA membership is for a 12 Month period, renewable each year.
How do I apply?
You can apply for membership today by completing the application form above and making payment. Your account profile is ready for you to start adding content straight away. The full list of what is needed to complete a profile can be found here on our Checklist.
How much is membership?
For just £295+VAT for your first year, then £220 +VAT each year after. You can cancel any time before your renewal date. The first year is slightly higher to allow for our custom 1-2-1 support, business report, and to get your business approved and searchable.
How do I renew my Membership?
NAPSA will automatically contact you via email when your membership is due for renewal and payment will be taken on the renewal date automatically; no need to worry about forgetting.
