Overview
Alongside my wife, Emma, we are landlords, property sourcers and managers for the Derbyshire and Yorkshire area. Our business is the culmination of over 5+ years being residential BTL landlords and 3+ years of extensive property training in BTLs, HMOs and Sourcing.
We aim to create a small, sociable 'community of equals': investors from all walks of life - near or far - who we personally source and manage their investments.
