I have had 20 years experience investing in property and been full time for 5 years . I mostly invest myself around the north Nottinghamshire/ Derbyshire border, but as previously being a rep I have knowledge of the whole East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas. I mostly do the BRRR method with single lets and use a local trusted team of tradesmen. I also have contacts at some auction houses and deal regularly with local estate agents . But could also find off plan if required after our initial phone call to go through your requirements.

Yes £200 initially to cover search finding fees . This is deducted off the whole fee
