Who We Are

Homes or Houses, were one of the first companies to be established (2012) to act as a Buyers Sourcing and Acquisition agent, formed to specifically to assist overseas investors and more recently UK investors, navigate both the open and private market to seek out suitable properties for investment purposes.

Jackie Fitzgerald, the Founder of Homes or Houses, lived overseas for 13 years, primarily in the Middle East, and experienced firsthand the challenges facing investors, in the sourcing of investments from a distance, as she built her property portfolio.

With her significant investment, finance and property experience she formed Homes or Homes to provide a complete and comprehensive service to investors who are interested in acquiring UK property ranging from a single buy-to-let to a full portfolio.

We have over 40 years’ experience in the team of investing in the UK property market and have a network of partners and professionals who can take investors from search to completion, and from arranging property management services to eventual sale, acting as your consultant throughout the process.
