Whilst our current focus is to provide a Property Finding / Deal Sourcing service for Terraced, Semi & Multi-Let Houses to facilitate the Buy-To-Let (BTL), Buy-Refurbish-Refinance (BRR) and Buy To Sell (Flips) business models, we have exciting plans to expand the services available for those clients who are looking for more than just a Deal Packaging service or beyond the residential investment models.
It's of paramount importance to us that we build up a long-term relationship with our investor clients, so that we can continue to provide them an excellent service for a number of years. As a result, we only work with those investors who understand the importance to both parties of being NAPSA accredited and who understand who critical effective due diligence is to protect both parties

Are there any upfront fees?
Yes, once a Business Agreement has been signed, a non-refundable, non-transferrable fee of £350 is charged to cover the cost of our Due Diligence work to ensure we satisfy compliance requirements
Is the up-front fee refundable?
The upfront fee is non-refundable and non-deductible as it covers our time to undertake sufficient due diligence on the client as part of the Know Your Customer compliance process
