Overview

Before making property investing a career, we built a small portfolio in both the UK and the Algarve region of Portugal consisting of both long-term and holiday lets.

Since 2019 we have invested in property full time as MiMO Properties Ltd. Following this success we set up MiMO Sourcing Ltd in 2023 to provide property investors with a one-stop-shop for investment property opportunities in West Yorkshire.

What fees do you charge?

I do not take up-front fees.
My other rates are:
BTL £3k
HMO £5k
Portfolio sales 2% of purchase price.

What is your on-boarding process.

Ideally I prefer to meet my clients face to face. If that isn't possible I ask all my clients to meet on a video call to get to know each other, discuss your strategy, and to ascertain your exact requirements. I will ask you to provide all the necessary information to comply with AML legislation.

What experience do you have?

Along with my wife we have a successful portfolio of BTL, HMO and SA in West Yorkshire and also the Algarve region of Portugal. I do the sourcing and my wife, Julia, manages and expands our portfolio.

I'm new to property investment. Can you help?

Everyone starts somewhere. I will be happy to support you on your property investment journey. Between us, my wife and I have years of experience in the industry. You can ask us anything, however, we know we don't know everything! BUT, we have extensive contacts so we invariably know someone who does know anything we dont!
