We are Darren & Dave, professional property investors and founders of Michael Alexander Sourcing Limited.

We studied Building Surveying at university together and share a passion for turning empty, dilapidated properties into high-quality and compliant homes for the private rental sector.

We have been purchasing property since 2012, after investing heavily into ourselves and our professional education. Alongside this, Darren has over 15 years' experience of design, project & cost management spanning both the commercial and residential sectors and is a Chartered member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).

Dave has multiple years of experience in both the project management and property training & coaching industries, having now worked with thousands of individuals both in the UK and internationally, looking to build their own portfolios and businesses.

Having been investing personally, and in conjunction with other investors, for many years now, we continue to find excellent opportunities across our chosen investment areas.

We work alongside professional legal, finance and property management teams and specialist local contractors to make the investment process as efficient as possible. Taking pride in our work, to ensure tenants have comfortable properties to feel at home in, is of the utmost importance to us. This is something we have always believed in and will continue to do so.
