We source property mainly in parts of Cheshire and Staffordshire.

As investors ourselves, we know how much time and effort goes into researching and visiting properties, both of which we enjoy. Understanding that not everyone has the time to dedicate to this we decided sourcing would be a great way for us to use our time, knowledge and experience to help our fellow investors.

We only take £250 registration fee.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No but it is deductible from the first deal fee.

We will need to know the area you want to invest in, the value and type of property you want and the strategy you will be using.
We will also need to verify your identity and proof of funding.
