What types of investment deals do you source?
We provide opportunities including buy-to-let, BRRR, HMOs, serviced accommodation, flips, and off-market properties—tailored to your strategy and budget.
How do you find your deals?
Our deals come from direct-to-vendor marketing, agent relationships, off-market networks, landlord disposals, and data-driven research—giving you access to exclusive opportunities.
What is your fee structure and what is included in your sourcing fee?
We charge a one-time on-boarding/registration fee of £550 which is non-refundable. Our sourcing fee becomes due upon the exchange of contract and is structured as follows: £3,000 for purchases up to £150,000; £4,000 for purchases between £151,000 and £250,000; £5,000 for purchases between £251,000 and £400,000; and for purchases of £401,000 and above, a fee of 2% of the agreed purchase price.Our sourcing fee covers deal analysis, viewings, negotiations, electronic due diligence, comparables, and refurb estimates—supporting you all the way to completion.
Do I need to be a UK resident to invest?
No. Many clients invest remotely. We provide full reports, images, and free introductions to trusted brokers, solicitors, and management teams – making it easy to invest completely hands-off.
