Tina Walsh – Session Host | CEO, NAPSA

With over 20 years of experience in property investment and sourcing, Tina literally wrote the Code of Practice for the sourcing sector — the same code accepted and followed by both government-approved redress schemes. She maintains direct contact with NTSEAT and HMRC's AML Team, making her one of the best-placed people in the country when it comes to compliance guidance for investors and agents alike.

Sean Hooker – Head of Redress, The Property Redress Scheme (PRS)

Sean has a long career in dispute resolution and heads up the ombudsman office at the PRS — one of only three government-approved schemes that property agents must join to deal with unresolved complaints. If anyone can tell you how things go wrong and how to avoid it, it's Sean.

Chris Kirkwood – Property Director, Sourced

With 15 years of property investment experience and a career spent helping hundreds of investors build wealth through Sourced, the UK's leading property investment platform, Chris brings practical, on-the-ground expertise to the panel.

Dominic Farrell – Director, Distressed Assets
