Compliance and Due Diligence

Safety is our priority. We take specific measures to ensure the integrity of the platform, but we also believe in empowering our members to conduct business responsibly.


NAPSA's Role

We vet sourcing agents thoroughly. Each business goes through a 25-point check process covering anti-money laundering registration, redress scheme membership, insurance, and data protection. This ensures that only professional, compliant businesses are present on the platform.


For investors, we check for professionalism. We want our agents to share deals in a constructive environment, and we moderate the community to maintain this standard.


Your Role

While we provide a secure platform, NAPSA does not manage individual deals. We advise all investors to carry out their own due diligence before working with any sourcing agent. However, by choosing a NAPSA-approved agent, you have the reassurance that the correct professional protections are in place.


Investors are also expected to follow legal processes. When you choose to move forward with a sourcing agent, you must comply with their requirements regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and proof of funds. You do not need to provide this data to access the community, only when transacting with an agent.
