About Us
Homes or Houses provides sourcing services in the Northeast of England to Property Investors, based outside of the region, whether that be in the UK or overseas.

Why did you want to become a sourcer?
I created Homes or Houses, as a reaction to my own challenges in building a portfolio from a distance, when I lived overseas for 13 years in the Middle East
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
The sourcing sector was not really in existence when Homes or Houses was established in 2012. The market recently, has become very busy with Training Courses readily available and until NAPSA, very little understanding of the operators.
I would like to see the requirements for experience and compliance become mandatory, to ensure this arena becomes recognised as a profession similar to Estate Agents and Auctioneers for example.
What was your favourite sourced deal?
There are so many to choose from, and everyone is different in style, purpose and budget my satisfaction comes from getting to know our client, and really understanding their goals and objectives. If we can satisfy their aims and objectives, thats a great sourced deal.
Why did you join NAPSA?
To set an example to our clients, my team, and any Sourcers we decide to work with.
Any advice you’d give to people thinking of going into sourcing?
Be Compliant and join NAPSA… the investment in compliance is the best form of business credibility you could buy … make sure you have enough property knowledge and understand the legal process in detail… assess your own value in the deal, what are you bringing to the client!
