What experience do you have in North East property investment?
Our Director, Andrew Marshall, has invested in County Durham since 2002, building a portfolio of over 30 buy-to-let properties. Our letting agency has operated since 2006 and manages over 250 tenancies. This provides extensive local knowledge and practical experience supporting investors.
Why are ethics and transparency important to AMRP?
We believe informed investors make better decisions. Every advertised opportunity includes a comprehensive, electronically dated and timestamped inspection report, with photographs and videos showing the property's condition. We believe in disclosing potential issues, not simply promoting attractive returns.
What are your sourcing fees?
Our typical sourcing fee for a single-let property is £2,500. Fees for HMOs and other opportunities are assessed individually. All fees and payment terms are clearly disclosed before commitment.
When is the sourcing fee payable?
Following offer acceptance, £60 is paid directly to our compliance partner, Lifetime Legal, for anti-money laundering, identity and source-of-funds checks. This non-refundable payment forms part of our total sourcing fee. The remaining balance is payable through your solicitor upon successful completion.
How do I reserve a property?
After reviewing the investment information and inspection report, you can confirm your intention to proceed and pay the £60 compliance fee. The property is then reserved and withdrawn from marketing, subject to the agreed terms. Our team supports the transaction through to completion.
