Alcroft & Co. grew out of our sister company, Verve Property Ventures — a Home Counties developer specialising in BRRR projects, renovations and serviced accommodation.
Sourcing for our own portfolio, we got good at finding deals. What we couldn't scale was the building, as we manage all renovation work in-house.
So we were finding more that stacked up than we could take on, and the surplus went out of the door. Alcroft & Co. exists to put those deals in front of investors who can act on them.

Our focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring you spend your time reviewing opportunities that genuinely warrant consideration.

Because quality takes time. By limiting the number of investors we work with, we can provide a more personalised sourcing service, carry out thorough due diligence on every opportunity and maintain the standards our clients expect.
