BIAS Property Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bespoke Information, Advice & Solutions Ltd and offers a range of creative solutions for existing and aspirational Property Investors.

Our core activities are ethical and compliant Deal Sourcing and Packaging; a Hands-Free End to End Portfolio Building Service aimed at time-poor professionals and business owners; and the set up and ongoing management of Serviced Accommodation properties for investors, existing landlords, and ourselves.

Our Director is Nick Everest who purchased his first property in 1984 and his first investment property in the early 1990s.
