Why do I need to provide ID and Proof of Funds?
As a professional and regulated business, we are legally required to verify all partners. Having this ready also puts you in a power position during negotiations; vendors and agents prioritise offers from our 'ready, willing and able' investors.
How long does it take to find a deal?
Depending on your specific criteria and the current market, the search typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. We prioritise finding the 'right' deal over a fast one, to ensure your targets are met.
How is my money protected if a deal falls through?
Your reservation fee is only paid once an offer is accepted. If a deal collapses through no fault of your own (e.g., the vendor pulls out or a survey issue), your fee can be transferred to your next project.
What happens after the property completes?
Whether you need our 'power team' of trusted solicitors and builders to handle a flip, or you want us to pivot the asset into a high-yield serviced accommodation unit, we provide the management to keep your investment truly passive.
