Knowledge and experience. As well as being the director of a property sourcing company, I am an Associate Member of the RICS (AssocRICS) Residential Valuation Building Surveyor and VRS Registered Valuer, that provides Valuation Reports for Lender clients across the north east of England. The majority of my working life has been within the construction and property sector, from traversing roofs as a teenager with my carpenter/ roofer father, to the present day, all my previous experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge within the industry.

We request that you provide a £300 non-refundable payment prior to us beginning the process of sourcing properties for you.
What services do we offer?
We source properties that are suited to standard Buy To Lets, to the BRR/R strategies, HMO's, Serviced Accommodation and flips.
How long have you been a Residential Building Surveyor and VRS Registered Valuer?
I qualified as an AssocRICS Residential Building Surveyor and VRS Registered Valuer in 2019. Since then, I have inspected all residential property types and styles, from one bed flats to multiple storey Victorian terrace houses, from standard three bed semi detached houses, to public houses converted into 6 flat multi-unit block. I have seen and reported on the majority of defects that affect residential properties.

No, we do not have any hidden fees or additional costs and only charge the stated amounts within our fee structure.
