We’ll also keep you up to date on the latest news and guidance for the sourcing and investment sector, to help keep your business safe.

Please make sure before registering, you are happy to be asked the legally required questions below by any sourcing agent you wish to connect with.

All sourcing agents are required by HMRC to ask these BEFORE working with you: 

  • Proof of who you are (ID verification)
  • Proof of where you live (ID verification)
  • Proof of company existence
  • Proof of funds to be used in any purchase
  • Proof of source of those funds to be used

NAPSA carries out 25 checks on all property sourcing agents

Checked

We check all registrations, insurance and legally required documents to make sure they are fit for purpose and will protect both the investor and sourcer. This process is carried out manually by a two-step expert compliance team for accuracy.

NAPSA approved sourcing agent

Approved

Once we've made all of the checks, we will make the sourcing agent 'approved' so they become live and searchable on NAPSA's platform. Investors can search and message all of our approved agents directly for more information.

Monitored

We don't just leave it there, throughout the year we carry out checks to make sure all registrations, insurance and business practices are kept up to date. We only keep agents who can continuously prove they are operating compliantly.

We Don’t Charge Investors a Penny

We want investors to feel they have a safe space to search and contact sourcing agents. As a National Association, we have developed our platform to improve our sector and not profit from it – which is why we are different to other sourcing platforms – we don’t charge investors a penny.

  • Searching for sourcing agents costs you nothing
  • Contacting NAPSA agents costs you nothing
  • We charge ZERO for any deals you complete with a NAPSA sourcing agent

The ONLY fee we take is from our sourcing agents each year of £1,95 +VAT so that we can continue to carry out compliance checks and maintain and grow the search platform for investors to utilise.
