We're pleased to announce a new partnership between NAPSA and Finanze Property.
Every sourcing agent knows the feeling. A deal stacks. The numbers are good, the discount is real, the pack looks strong. Then it reaches the finance stage and stalls, because the property isn't mortgageable in its current condition, or the timeline doesn't suit the lender, or the rental valuation won't support the borrowing.
The deal collapses, and the fee goes with it.
Finance is where sourced deals most often fail. Most sourcers aren't brokers, and shouldn't have to be. But qualifying a deal properly means understanding whether it can be funded, and knowing who to call when it doesn't fit the standard route.
That's what this partnership is for.
Finanze Property is a specialist property finance brokerage and part of Finanze Group, working across buy-to-let, bridging, refurbishment, title split, lease extension, commercial and development finance. They work with sourcers, investors, developers and their clients to structure finance around the objective, the timing and the exit, rather than just the transaction.
Through the partnership, NAPSA members, other sourcing agents and investors can send a deal to Finanze for an initial view on whether it's financeable and which routes are worth exploring, before time is lost progressing the wrong one.
What members get
A specialist finance brokerage that understands sourced and packaged deals
An initial view on whether a deal is financeable, before you commit time to it
Access across the full range of funding routes, from buy-to-let to development finance
A partner happy to work alongside sourcers, introducers and their clients
Our Partnership and Transparency
When a deal introduced through NAPSA completes with Finanze Property, NAPSA receives a referral fee. As a not-for-profit association, every pound of income we generate outside of membership is tracked and reinvested for the benefit of our members.
We publish these referral fees and show where the funding has been directed back into the organisation. No individual member profits from an introduction. The benefit returns to the membership as a whole.
Tina Walsh, CEO, NAPSA
"Finance is one of the most common reasons a sourced deal falls over, and it's rarely the sourcer's fault. It's simply not their job to be a broker. What our members need is someone in their corner who understands this sector and can tell them, early and honestly, whether a deal will fund. That's exactly what Finanze Property brings."
Alastair Hoyne, Founder, Finanze Group
"What attracted us to the relationship with NAPSA is that it brings together two complementary roles. A professional sourcing agent identifies and presents suitable opportunities. We help establish whether the proposed transaction can actually be financed and how that finance should be structured."
